Sailing Yacht Charter FAQ

Have questions about booking a luxury crewed sailing yacht in Greece? Here are some of the most common things our clients ask before setting sail.

Charter rates typically start at $30,000 per week for smaller yachts, and can exceed $100,000 for larger, or more premium options. Pricing depends on the size, season, and onboard amenities.

Definitely. Every charter is tailored to your preferences, whether you prefer relaxed island hopping, beach clubs, or cultural ports.

For the best selection, especially for Christmas, New Year, and peak winter dates, we recommend booking at least 6 to 12 months in advance. Last minute options are sometimes possible but limited.

Yes — all sailing yachts are fully crewed with a professional team including a captain, chef, stewards, and deck crew to take care of every detail.

The Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) covers variable costs like fuel, food, drinks, and dockage. It’s typically 30–40% of the charter fee and is settled before departure.

The prime charter season is December to April. Peak conditions are in January to March with warm seas, steady trade winds, and ideal cruising weather. For quieter anchorages and better availability, consider late April to early June. From June to November is hurricane season, with the highest risk between August and October.
